Dr Young is very caring and takes time to explain what she sees during and after her exam. She has given me glasses that really help with my double vision, and she did a great job with my cataract surgery. Watch her YouTube video on it! Dr Young is absolutely wonderful. Thorough testing by staff followed exam by Dr Young who was very thorough. After eye exam, she explained what she saw and results of other tests like eye pressure, etc.; she was never rushed with my visit. I will need cataract surgery and she explained in detail the process and gave me a detailed folder to detailing all the information and process for cataract surgery. She’s very energetic and communicative BTW, her reception desk is excellent in scheduling appointments. Even received call earlier in day that exam might take more time. More

At my initial visit in 2012, Dr Young came in and greeted me with a huge smile and bubbly personality. She told me I was perfect for LASIK since my contacts weren't doing so well with me. It took two years to get the guts to do it, but it was worth it! Dr Young and her staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Dr Young treated me with compassion as she walked me through the LASIK procedure. Her after care was even better! She was always available to answer my crazy questions at the appointments after the LASIK procedures I am so thankful for a great doctor like Dr Young! More

Dr. Teresa Whitney performed cataract surgery on both my left and right eyes in August 2020, and she did an absolutely AWESOME job! Like many, I was terrified of the procedure, and had deferred it for many years, until I was nearly blind - OK, I was legally blind. With GREAT anxiety, I submitted myself to Dr. Whitney's care, and I emerged from the first surgery absolutely amazed at the results. I was back her table a week later for the other eye, FAR less concerned with both the procedure and the outcome. I am now 20:20 in both eyes, no longer need glasses of any kind, and have for the first in over a decade, had the eyeglass restriction removed from my driver's license!
